Once we are able to chat about what you are looking for, we will decide on a date for your session. I will then email you your retainer fee ($100, this fee will be included in your final session total). Once that fee is paid in full, your date and time will be put on our calendar. From there, we start planning your session. This is where the fun begins. 

It depends on what type of a session you are booking. As an example, here is a quick breakdown:

PORTRAITS: Portraits start at $600, most clients spend avg. of $900-$1200. 
TEAMS: most clients spend $110 per player, min. 15 players booking (for smaller teams, please contact us for a quote).
EVENTS: coverage starts at $400 with 2h limit. (longer coverage times available)
CREATIVE WORK: starts at $55 per hour with a 3h minimum (includes session and design, does not include print).
HEAD-SHOTS: vary, please contact us for details. 

Added cost: prints, tax, shipping.

Teams for example, often use our studio for marketing and fundraising opportunities. We love doing our part in supporting athletes any way we can. 

We offer multiple ways of making a payment: credit card, cash, check, PayPal, and online via invoice. 

Payment installments are also available, but, please keep in mind, we will not be able to release your images until payment is paid in full. 

Yes, absolutely. While  our clients come to us to create a beautiful wall art, prints and albums for them to showcase and enjoy for decades, we completely understand the interest in digital images as well. We all love to share our images on social media and with our friends and family. That is why we decided to offer social media sized digital images of photographs you purchased, with our studio logo, for you to share. This option is available in all of our packages.This options satisfies most of our clients' needs. 

However, for those clients who are looking for high resolution digital images, our Platinum package offers that option as well. 

Post production for most of our sessions may take up to 7-10 days. Print and product delivery takes up to 10 -14 days. We like to give ourselves a little extra time since we depend on print labs' load and wait times. Most of our sessions are delivered well before the 3-4 week period. Rush option for designs and order delivery is available.

Life is uncertain, we most definitely understand that. When it throws you a curve ball, last thing we want is for you to stress over your session. It should be stress free for you, from beginning to end. This is why we just need you to notify us of any changes no later than 7 days prior to your session, as we will happily reschedule it for you. 

We are asked this question very often. You have already seen many of these around and probably did not think twice about it. Maybe it was a head swap, maybe it was a sports time laps images, or even a movie poster. Composites use multiple elements to create one, unique image. We often use compositing for team posters allowing for far more creativity and flexibility. In the end, we create a personalized, cool looking image that will leave your players feel bold and confident.
